Strawberry Crumble



还记得念书时

在宿舍饭堂打工

每晚的甜品

都让我垂延三尺

我以前认为甜品都是冷的

可是这边反而都是热的

也许天气冷吧!

这个Strawberry Crumble

也是我喜爱的甜品之一!


配料Ingredients:

表皮 Topping:
普通面粉 Plain Flour 150g
盐 Salt 1/2 teaspoon
奶油 Butter 100g
黄糖 Demerara Sugar 75g
杏仁粉 Ground Almond 50g

内馅 Fillings:
草莓 Strawberry 400g
细糖 Caster Sugar 4 tablespoon
杏仁粉 Ground Almond 25g

作法 Methods:
1. Preheat the oven to 200degC
2. To make the topping, mix the flour together with salt.
3. Rub butter using your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
4. Rub in demerara sugar and ground almonds.
5. To make the fillings, halve the strawberries.
6. Sprinkle the ground almond over the base of ovenproof dish.
7. Mix the strawberries together with sugar and spoon into the dish.
8. Cover the fruit with the crumble topping.
9. Bake in the oven until topping becomes golden brown (about 30min).

准备材料, 把烤箱预热至200度


过筛面粉, 加上盐巴


把奶油切成一块块


用指尖揉搓成小粒状


加入黄糖与杏仁粉


再揉搓均匀


把草莓切一半

加上细糖


在烤盘洒上杏仁粉


把草莓倒进去


再铺上面粉粒


放入烤箱

烤大约30分钟至到表面成金黄色

就行了!


脆脆的Topping, 酸酸甜甜的草莓, 热烘烘的, 好吃!

我本人不太喜欢草莓,虽然还是会吃,但是,并不会很喜欢。想象不到这道菜是什么样的口味,几时回来?弄一个请我们姐妹们吧!相信大家不会有异议。

It doesn't necessarily have to be strawberry! It can be apple crumble or any soft fruits like that you!

I wonder what banana crumble would taste like.. hmmmm.. ah wei, you got me thinking! :p
