芦笋Asparagus

又是芦笋的季节
(应该是芦笋吧!英文是Asparagus)

以前在家都是吃罐头芦笋或是包装好的

现在终于吃到新鲜的, 哈哈哈!

不是很会中餐的煮法

所以这次用的是老外的秘方

作法Methods:

1) Boil the asparagus in lightly salted water for about 2-4minutes.
2) Serve immediately with melted butter.
3) Sprinkle some sea salt and ground pepper to add extra flavour.

Alternatively:

1) Steam or boil the asparagus as above.
2) Wrap the boiled asparagus with Parma Ham.
3) Drizzle with olive oil and bake in oven for 5 minutes at 200degC until ham is crispy.

首先准备材料


加些盐在滚水中, 把芦笋滚2-4分钟


把奶油溶化(叮大约10秒)


撒在芦笋上就OK!


没有多余的调味品, 完完全全带出芦笋的清香味


如果你偏爱味道稍重的

可以再用Parma Ham包起芦笋


撒点榄橄油与胡椒

烤200度大约5分钟至Parma Ham酥脆就行!


又香又脆的Parma Ham与口感独特的芦笋, 好吃!

Does the parma ham taste like the normal ham?

It tastes really good! Not really like ordinary ham, it is normally cut into very thin slice because of its rich texture! Got to try it for sure! ^^
