咖哩鸡 Curry Chicken

话说小妹生病咳嗽、流鼻涕

特别喜欢在这种非常时期吃有刺激性的食物

可能是生病了

味蕾没那么敏感

所以要吃超级辣或酸的才有胃口

所以就弄了一大锅的咖哩鸡

顺便联络同屋人感情

让他们尝尝东南亚美食

首先爆香洋葱


加入鸡块、翻搅一下


放入咖哩粉


加入热水煮至滚


转小火一直到鸡肉软嫩

放入马铃薯, 煮到软


要好时加盐与椰浆就OK


香而不辣的咖哩、入口即化的鸡肉, 赞!

u can try curry chicken without the santan.my mom cooks curry chicken without santan,and i like it.
