糯米鸡 Lou Mai Kai
又是周末， 喝茶、吃点心的好日子！
嘴巴又痒了！很想念肠粉、烧卖！
那些太高难度， 只好做糯米鸡来解解馋！:p
前一天把糯米浸过夜
炒一炒鸡肉块
倒入糯米
放黑酱油、盐、胡椒粉调味， 翻炒一下
把糯米、鸡肉、香菇、虾米， 一层层把碗填满
放入蒸笼
蒸大约20分钟就OK！
糯米粒粒晶莹剔透， 好饿、好饿！:p
