杂菜 Mixed Vegetables
有一阵子， 老姐到我这边小住。 由于我要上班， 老姐就非常体贴地每天准备晚餐， 等我回家吃饭！ 那时刚好是冬天， 从火车站走回来， 超级冷的！ 一回家就有热呼呼的晚餐， 真的很幸福！
通常都是我下班后顺便买菜！ 还记得有次回家， 吓了一跳， 因为冰箱塞满了各种蔬菜！ 问一问老姐， 她理直气壮地说冰箱没菜了， 所以出去购物！ 我明明记得应该还有生菜， 所以就东翻翻、西翻翻； 终于找到了， 指给她看：“那不是菜吗？”
她就睁大眼睛地看着我说：“炒菜， 当然是要有不同的蔬菜组成， 单单一样是不够的！”
真是给她炸到！
所以这一盘炒杂菜是献给我老姐！ 因为是她点醒我， 炒菜一定要各式各样， 营养均衡， 才会快高长大！:p
爆香洋葱
全部倒进去翻炒， 加盐就OK！
花花绿绿， 卖像OK！ 还不错吃啦！
