马铃薯泥 Mashed Potatoes

以前最爱肯德鸡的马铃薯泥

超好吃的!

自己做的马铃薯泥

则可以保证原汁原味

没有味精, 吃得健康!

首先把马铃薯切成丁块


滚5-10分钟至到马铃薯软化


滤掉水

用叉子压碎

放入香料(parsley)、奶油、盐与胡椒粉


搅在一起就OK!


咬下去还有一小粒粒的马铃薯, 真香!
