小叮当铜罗烧
太久、太久没有弄点心
生活忙碌、回到家都懒得动
今天这里下着微微细雨
天气稍微寒冷
突然想念烘培时的那种温暖
就动手弄了小叮当的铜罗烧
小时候最喜欢就是看小叮当
而且这还是光明正大的看
妈妈允许的噢! 呵呵!
好! 这次也是用Wendy的配方
材料就麻烦各位到Wendy的网站查询
首先把材料准备好
把蛋打至气泡
分几次加入糖搅拌
加入牛奶与蜜糖
筛入面粉
轻轻搅拌
然后静置半个小时
再用小火煎至可可色
翻煎另一面
等冷却后再夹上红豆沙泥
就OK!
很香的鸡蛋味, 终于可以品尝到小叮当的幸福!^_^
